Discussion to assess mutual fit
Our first conversation gives you a commitment-free opportunity to discover how coaching could benefit your team, find out more about me and ask any questions you may have about coaching.
This conversation, like all our coaching conversations, is completely confidential.

DiscoVERY & DESIGN
At the start of our coaching engagement, we will assess your team/organisation through a mutually agreed combination of interviews, anonymous questionnaires or formal assessment tools. We will confirm the outcomes and goals for the coaching, and design a bespoke approach suitable to your needs and timeline.

BESPOKE COACHING PROGRAMME
The specific coaching interventions depend on your objectives and budget, your team will have at least one full-day coaching session either in-person or virtually, followed by a half-day follow-up 4-6 weeks after the initial session. If desired, this can be complemented with individual coaching.

COMPLETION
At the of end of your programme, we review the progress towards your goals and outcomes and design what comes next. You and your team will leave the programme empowered with skills, tools and strategies that will serve you and your purpose
